In this role, you will: Own features end-to-end across the full stack (you could be leaning either frontend or backend), from API design to React interfaces to database migrations Ship real, user-facing product that reaches vets and pet owners every single day Help shape how the engineering team works as we scale.. In this role, you will The Foundation Own the month-end close process from start to finish, producing clean, accurate reporting that the leadership team can act on, across multiple entities Own FinOps end-to-end - accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management - running reliably at pace as we scale internationally Build the KPI reporting layer that gives leadership a real-time picture of performance - and use AI to automate the parts of finance that shouldn’t need a human The Upside Business partner the commercial, product and engineering teams on the decisions behind the numbers Build the budget and rolling forecast alongside the Finance Director Own the analysis behind the commercial questions that actually move the business – pricing, unit economics, cost to serve and market entry Build the numbers behind our board & investor reporting, including getting involved with future funding rounds Your background looks something like ACA qualified (essential) - ACCA or CIMA considered for the right candidate Recently qualified or 0–2 years PQE, ideally Big 4

In this role, you will: Own a portfolio of Lupa clients as their primary point of contact and relationship holder Drive retention by proactively ensuring every client understands and realises the full value of the platform Manage the renewal cycle for your accounts, forecasting accurately and closing on time Identify and pursue upsell opportunities through strong relationships and deep product knowledge Triage client issues effectively, working with Support and Product to resolve them quickly and communicate clearly throughout Track account health metrics and intervene early when you spot signs of disengagement or risk Represent client feedback internally, contributing to product roadmap discussions with clear, evidence-based insights Your background looks something like: Solid experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment Commercial confidence and the ability to manage a portfolio with accountability for retention and revenue growth Strong communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to simplify c
