New Challenge About Us Project Q GmbH ("Q") is a defence technology company with offices in Berlin and Munich, and a trusted partner of the German Armed Forces. Our customers field sensors, drones and C2 systems from many vendors that were never built to work together. We build Hydris, an orchestration layer that integrates the systems they already field, and the ones they'll add next, into one picture operators can act on across defence, public safety, and critical infrastructure. Hydris runs at the edge, keeps working when the link drops, and its core is open source under Apache 2.0. As Senior Product Manager for Mission Devices, you'll own the hardware that puts Hydris in the field. You'll work end-to-end, from discovery with operators through hardware build cycles to fielded units, and you'll decide what gets built rather than work through someone else's backlog. The bar is concrete: devices that run for months off-grid in contested RF environments. What you'll do Discovery and requirements Spend time with end users in their operating environment to understand their workflows in depth, not just their stated requirements. Validate assumptions about value, usability, feasibility and viability through prototypes, bench tests and field trials before committing to hardware fabrication. Analyze contractual specifications with Program Managers, separating firm constraints from areas where there's room for the best technical solution. Roadmap and delivery Maintain an outcome-focused roadmap aligned to hardware build cycles (EVT/DVT/PVT), firmware releases and OTA update pipelines. Define requirements and field metrics for each device, including detection performance, energy efficiency, mission endurance and SWaP, and make the trade-offs between them. Prioritize investment across the device family, deciding where to extend existing devices and where a new one is needed. Systems and interoperability Make sure devices integrate with Hydris as and interoperate with third-pa
What you'll do We are a startup building a platform that is in daily use during patient care, and our direction changes as we learn. The engineer we are looking for is comfortable with that: someone who moves between backend, mobile, integration and platform work as the product demands, and who picks up new technologies quickly because their strength is in engineering fundamentals rather than any one stack. Right now that means, among other things, bringing our clinical mobile app to Android, evolving how our product integrates with hospital systems, and keeping our services dependable across cloud and on-premise deployments. Six months from now the list will look different, and you will help decide what is on it. We build AI-native: agents write a large share of our code, and the engineer's job is to design the system, specify the work precisely, and keep the codebase in a state where both humans and AI tools can understand and extend it safely. Your engineering judgement is the product here. Move across the stack as priorities shift: mobile UI, backend services, APIs, hospital integrations, platform and deployment work Own the architecture of the parts you touch: module boundaries, API contracts, data models, and the decisions behind them Direct AI coding agents to implement against your specifications, and review their output with the same rigour you would apply to a colleague's pull request Keep the codebase legible for readers without context: consistent conventions, small well-named units, documented rationale, tests that express intent Own service quality end to end: automated testing, CI/CD, observability, diagnosability in production Work with clinical data and healthcare interoperability standards Produce the technical documentation and evidence required in a regulated development process What we're looking for Several years of professional experience building and operating software in production, spanning both frontend or mobile and backend work, and a tr

Intro As our Health Claims lead, you'll own claims decisions on Feather's health MGA books from day one: coverage, declines, settlement amounts, all within policy terms. You'll manage our insurance carrier relationships, decide how we work with service providers, and build the playbook, automations and systems that let the function scale as we grow MGA health claims fast across expat and international health. At Feather, we're building insurance that actually matters to our customers. It rests on three principles: a fully digital experience, modern and flexible plans, and reliable human support. And because we build it all for expats living abroad, we're a genuinely different kind of insurer. Why work at Feather? We're small, lean, and we love what we do. The usual buzzwords here, except we actually mean them. Staying small helps us focus on what matters, and we want to keep it that way. You'll work on a product that is loved by customers. Our excellent Trustpilot and Google reviews speak for themselves. There's plenty of space to grow. We trust you to take ownership and make real decisions from day one, and you'll have all the support you need to succeed. You'll have the freedom to build something from scratch. You're not inheriting a finished system. You're building the decision logic, reporting, and playbook that let health claims scale. Flexible remote work policy. About Notabene Notabene is building infrastructure that's transforming how money moves in the digital economy. We're evolving beyond our compliance foundations to enable the next generation of digital financial services between regulated institutions with unprecedented efficiency. With nearly 50 employees across 14 countries and having recently closed our Series B round last November with support from leading investors including Y Combinator, DRW, F-Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital, we're looking for people like you to help shape the future rails of the crypto industry. Location: US-based, Remote East Coast The impact you will have Notabene is planning on going through its first external financial statement audit, covering the fiscal years ending January 2026 and January 2027. You will own that process. You will also own the close, the books, and the accounting policy for a two-entity, multi-currency business whose revenue includes subscription fees, usage-based transaction billing, and a payments network take rate that has no clean accounting precedent anywhere. The accounting function is already substantially built. Close runs, the books are in order, and readiness work for the audit is well underway. What we need is someone to own it, finish it, and take it through the audit, while raising the standard on policy and documentation as the business gets more complex. You will be the most senior accounting voice in the company, reporting to the VP of Finance, with one direct report and a set of external providers. You will not have a large team before late 2027, and that is deliberate. Capacity here comes from better systems and better automation, and you will be the one deciding what those look like. Within a year you are successful if Notabene has a clean audit opinion on both fiscal years, with no material weaknesses and no second cycle on auditor requests The close hits its calendar consistently, starting with the revenue close landing

Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely. Your Mission We're looking for a Brand Designer who lives and breathes design. Someone who evolves a brand with taste and restraint, obsesses over craft and detail, and never loses the idea underneath. You'll own brand design work end to end, from concept to pixel to motion, keeping BlaBlaCar's identity coherent, distinctive and alive as it scales. This isn't a ticket-executor role. It's for a designer with an ownable point of view, someone who can defend a creative decision in a room full of stakeholders and make the brand better every time they touch it. The Team You'll join our lean, senior, craft-obsessed in-house Brand Design team, reporting to the Brand Design Lead. We own the brand across every touchpoint, from the refresh being deployed at scale to campaigns and video. We don't separate strategy from craft: for us they're the same act. Internal stakeholders: Growth Team, Local Markets (FR & BR), Product Design, Brand strategy, plus a pool of specialist freelancers. Your Responsibilities Own brand projects end to end: from brief and concept through to polished, production-ready craft, across campaigns and the brand refresh system. Evolve the brand system tastefully: extend and refine our visual language (type, colour, layout, illustration and motion) so it stays consistent and distinctive as it scales. Turn strategy into craft: make work where concept and execution speak the same language, and sweat every detail: typography, composition, grid, consistency. Design in motion: bring the system to life with animation and motion design across social, video and digital surfaces, thinking in movement and pacing, in service of clarity rather than decoration.
