The Opportunity: Zero-to-one category creation for AI-Native Zero Trust Access Cipherscale is building an AI-native Zero Trust access and enforcement plane for humans, software/workloads, and AI agents. The product doctrine is simple: AI may reason and propose; deterministic policy authorizes; trusted enforcement executes. We are looking for a commercial founder/operator who can turn that architecture into a category, a repeatable customer problem, real deployments, and initial revenue. Mission: discover and prove the repeatable commercial truth for Cipherscale - who urgently needs it, what gets them to deploy, what makes them pay, and what causes them to expand. What You Own • Own ICP discovery, exclusion criteria, buyer/champion mapping, problem validation, positioning, initial wedge, and design-partner recruitment. • Personally lead early customer discovery, technical/commercial conversations, executive outreach, design-partner conversion, and initial closing. • Build an evidence-driven GTM system: every important assumption has supporting/contradicting evidence and a next falsification test. • Use AI agents aggressively for research, account intelligence, personalization, competitive monitoring, meeting preparation, call synthesis, content, and experiment analysis. • Work directly with the CEO on category creation and major strategic accounts. • Work with Product and Engineering to convert recurring customer evidence into governed product inputs - without turning prospect anecdotes into roadmap commitments. • Define the first repeatable acquisition, deployment, conversion, and expansion motion before scaling a team. What This Role Is Not • It is not a traditional marketing leadership job. • It is not an MQL, impressions, content-calendar, or brand-campaign role. • It is not a decision to hire SDR, demand-gen, content, and marketing-ops teams before product-market evidence exists. • It is not ownership of OpenVPN growth. Rod, Head of Growth, owns the established-

We're looking for an experienced implementation, delivery or technical operations lead to own delivery after a contract is signed — and to play a central role in working out what actually makes our product work for customers. This one is for you if: You'd rather build the playbook than wait for one to exist You get real satisfaction from being the person people can count on — customers and colleagues alike Making a genuinely complex, technical product work in the real world, on a factory floor and not just a slide deck, sounds like a good problem to have Every factory should be as easy to redesign as a CAD file. RIIICO scans real production floors and turns the raw point cloud into a structured, living model of the plant — machines, robots and infrastructure recognised by AI, matched to CAD, usable directly in the engineering tools our customers already run. Line changes that used to take months of manual work now take days. We're seed-funded, backed by Earlybird, PiLabs and seed + speed, with angels including Joe Kaeser, former CEO of Siemens. Team: two application engineers report to you directly, and you steer our data delivery team, which has its own manager and five people. Start: as soon as you can. Tasks You'll own the entire post-sale delivery, from signed deal to a customer who's live, confident and getting real value. Our customers are enterprise manufacturers, so the accounts you own are complex and technically demanding from day one. As an early hire there's no existing playbook — expect to blend hands-on implementation, delivery operations and testing product-market-fit hypotheses directly with customers. Own the post-sale journey, from handover through to stable, value-delivering adoption Build the adoption framework for enterprise accounts, and define what "first value" means Keep a current view of every account: check-ins, early risk signals, retention plans Handle escalations yourself, at both operational and management level Own the Sales-to-delive

What You'll Do Set the product strategy and multi-cycle roadmap for Search Personalization at Spotify — spanning ranking, relevance, retrieval, AI-native features, quality, and trust. Drive the evolution of Search toward AI-native experiences — AI Overviews, semantic search, LLM reranking — balancing innovation velocity with quality and cost discipline. Own the Search quality bar: define how relevance, trust, compliance, and user experience connect into a holistic quality framework with measurable outcomes. Manage Search’s role as a shared surface across many company strategies — build prioritization frameworks, communicate trade-offs, and represent Search at executive forums. About the team: The Commercial Systems and Intelligence squad is a newly formed team within SumUp's Acquisition Mission under the Run & Grow tribe. We sit at the intersection of data, backend engineering, and sales operations, building the infrastructure that powers how SumUp attributes merchant acquisition, calculates commissions, and understands the full lifecycle of every merchant. Today, these processes are largely manual. We're here to change that, automating what's opaque, and building systems that sales representatives, leadership, and analysts can actually trust. You'll join at the very beginning, helping to shape how the squad works, the architecture it builds on, and the standards it holds itself to. What you'll do: Aggregating data from across the SumUp ecosystem to determine which acquisition channel or sales agent drove a merchant to take a valuable action (e.g. signing up, adopting a product) Establishing data models, API contracts, and rule definitions that automate existing manual commission workflows for field and tele-sales agents, partnerships and merchant referrals Build the Lifecycle Event Log in close collaboration with the Merchant Intelligence squad. A centralized store of curated merchant lifecycle events (signups, product usage, verification, purchases) used across attribution, recommendations, customer support and sales Build internal backoffices and APIs for sales representatives and leaders to monitor commission and modify commission plans, manage portfolios and resolve disputes Define and document API contracts, schemas, and integration patterns that other engineering teams can adopt confidently Establish best practices for testing, observability, and incident response within a newly formed squad Use AI and agentic coding tools deliberately, to scaffold services, write tests, explore unfamiliar code, and draft documentation while maintaining full accountability for what gets shipped You'll be great for this role if you
