We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works. As our Senior Full Stack Engineer, Agentic Workflows (m/f/d), you'll build the agentic workflows that run our solution delivery behind the scenes. Every customer project produces requirements, designs, plans, and checks on the way from a customer's problem to a robot running on their factory floor. Your agents will work at each of these steps: reviewing requirements before they become commitments, checking and improving artifacts as the project moves, and catching risks while there's still time to act on them. You'll build the first agentic workflows, the reusable components and governance they run on, and much of how RobCo uses AI internally. Your Responsibilities Design, build, and run agentic workflows across our delivery process - requirements review, automated checks and gates, early risk detection, and a knowledge base that makes everything we've learned from past projects available to agents and people - owning each from concept through production. Build the way we build: reusable components, skills, and patterns for tool integrations, feedback loops, and identity, secret, and auth management. You know the agentic toolbox inside out and decide what we actually need and what we don't. Own quality end to end: design and run evals, monitor agents in production, and manage observability, cost, guardrails, and security so teams can trust what the agents produce. Design human-in-the-loop workflows that learn: people review and correct agent output at defined checkpoints, and those corrections flow back into better prompts, evals, and components, so the agents keep improving. Build something that truly matters At Cortea , we envision a world where every audit is proactively managed by humans and AI agents collaboratively . Where auditing professionals have superhuman capabilities at their fingertips to strengthen the trust in the world's most critical systems. We're not just improving auditing workflows, we're redefining how audits are done from the ground up. With a rapidly growing, global customer base and backing from world-class investors, the market is ready. What we ship next decides how big this gets. This is your chance to join a team of sharp, ambitious and kind builders extremely early. Shape the company at its pivotal moment and build something that truly matters . About the role At Cortea, design earns trust, and we sell to an industry that exists to produce it. Auditors are paid to be skeptical, and people judge quality by what they can see: the product, the website, the deck a partner opens in a boardroom, the newsletter someone reads with their first coffee. All of it is Cortea. This is a role for someone with great taste in designing software and AI systems. You'll find novel patterns for problems that haven't existed in software before, and you'll own how Cortea looks and feels to the outside world. Roughly 70% product, 30% brand . The product work is deep, expert-facing and systems-heavy. As we are doubling down on design, you'll be working on taking the core flows to the next level. The brand work is yours to own outright: website, marketing and sales visuals, newsletter, event and content assets. It'll be on screen in a Big4 boardroom, in every customer's inbox, and on the wall at the events we host. A lot of surface for one designer, and all of it yours. We're not looking for someone to ask whether the logo goes left or right. We're looking for someone with opinions. What you'll do Work directly with our founders, engineers, and customers to turn audit flows into intuitive, delightful interfaces Work with Jonas on pr
Focused Energy is a fusion energy startup with the goal of generating unlimited clean energy to responsibly meet future global demand. With the use and commercialization of laser-induced inertial fusion, a clean and highly efficient power generation technology is coming within reach, suitable to ensure a secure and scalable future energy supply. We are seeking a Laser Architect to join our dynamic laser development team. The Laser Architect is the system‑level technical lead responsible for the conceptual design, modeling, and experimental validation of laser driver architectures for inertial fusion energy (IFE) at the research and pre‑pilot stage. This role focuses on defining and evolving credible laser driver concepts that can ultimately support fusion energy production, while operating primarily at the R&D and demonstrator level, where performance exploration, risk reduction, and physics‑driven trade studies dominate over industrial optimization. The Laser Architect ensures coherence between laser physics, system architecture, and fusion requirements, guiding the transition from laboratory concepts toward scalable driver solutions. They enable the transition of inertial fusion energy from proof‑of‑principle laser experiments toward credible, scalable driver concepts, shaping the technical foundations on which future pilot plants and commercial systems will be built. What you'll do: Define and refine laser driver concepts suitable for IFE. Explore alternative architectures and assess their feasibility through modeling and experiments. Maintain ownership of the global architectural vision, even as individual subsystems evolve in parallel. Define the laser R&D roadmap, including critical component development/evaluation, integrated beamline demonstrators, and intermediate testbeds Work closely with experimental teams to ensure results feed back into architectural decisions Support design of diagnostics and test protocols aligned with future scaling needs. With the use and commercialization of laser-induced inertial fusion, a clean and highly efficient power generation technology is coming within reach, suitable to ensure a secure and scalable future energy supply. We are seeking a skilled and driven Laser Optics R&D Program Engineer to join our team and help us shape the future of energy. This person will lead several R&D programs covering our laser and optical efforts with external partners. What you’ll do: Own multiple concurrent R&D programs end-to-end: scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables covering areas such as optical coatings, nonlinear crystals, and advanced optical technologies. Drive milestone gates, purchase orders, and go/no-go decisions with full accountability. Manage a multi-vendor portfolio of specialist optics and crystal suppliers developing different technologies, operating at different wavelengths, and sometimes competing on the same problem. Maintain confidentiality between suppliers where required. Work with architects and physicists to define test campaigns and qualification specifications — ensuring they are properly scoped, resourced, and scheduled before handing off to the lab for execution.
