We are looking for a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to help us solve complex workflow problems directly at the edge of our business: where product, engineering, commercial teams and customers meet. What to expect in the role as Forward Deployed Software Engineer: This isn't classic product engineering, nor pure implementation. You'll work alongside our Commercial teams and customers to find operational bottlenecks, then build pragmatic, high-quality software end to end: AI-powered workflows, internal tools, customer-specific automations, data migrations, dashboards and integrations that strip manual work out of onboarding and customer success. Your role competency will sit in Engineering: we care deeply about technical quality, maintainability, security and ownership. We create what no bank or software platform can handle. Our all-in-one platform transforms chaotic administrative processes into intelligent, automated workflows, from patient care to billing to next-generation payments. Because we truly believe: healthcare should be less about paperwork and more about people. Why? Because Europe is facing a massive shortage of medical professionals. And if we don't rethink the way practices work, the system won't be able to keep up. With our Series B funding of over €50 million from world-class investors, we are turning our vision into reality. What sets us apart: We work with the best team, which is why we give everything together every day. We believe in Talent Density, because exceptional people make everyone around them better. 🚀 YOUR OPPORTUNITY Want real hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing — running webinars, shaping demand gen campaigns, and building the AI-powered systems that run our marketing team? Then it's an exciting time to join Luminovo! We help electronics manufacturers and OEMs manage one of the most complex supply chains in the world by bringing sourcing, quoting, and procurement into a single, modern platform. As we scale, our marketing team needs more hands to keep webinars, campaigns, and content moving — and that's where you come in. Here's what makes this opportunity different: we run "AI by default", and we're one of the first marketing teams making tools like Claude a daily habit, not a nice-to-have. You'll spend real time watching how the team works, spotting the recurring manual tasks, and building the automations and workflows that remove them. Nowhere else will you get this kind of head start on how AI is about to reshape marketing work. We're hiring for this role in two flavors — pick whichever matches your situation: Working student: 20h/week, ongoing Intern: 3–6 months, full-time (with the option to convert to a permanent role) Both cover the same scope and both start 01 September 2026 , based hybrid out of our Munich office. You won't be doing busywork. You'll cut the webinar clips that actually get watched, build the campaign assets that go live, help ship the case studies our sales team uses to close deals, and build the AI workflows that free up the whole team's time. You'll work directly with 7 people across the whole marketing team — so in a few months you'll have touched more of B2B SaaS marketing (and modern AI tooling) than most internships give you in a year. If you're hungry, a fast learner, and want real mentorship instead of coffee runs, we'd love to hear from you! 👥 WHOM YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH Mark , Head of Marketing Isabela , Senior Content Engineer & Strategist George , Demand Generation Lead Cindy , Senior Product Marketing Manager
We are building Germany's leading Tax Advisory firm. Taxforce was founded based on a simple observation: Many business owners want a tax advisor who acts as a true sparring partner: proactive, responsive, and strategic. What they often get instead is a service provider: booking receipts and filing tax returns, with little real advisory. We’re building the alternative. Founded in 2025, Taxforce rethinks tax advisory from the ground up: AI-powered and highly automated, yet personal. We're starting with healthcare professionals, a complex and underserved segment we're building Taxforce specifically for, growing both organically and through M&A, with the ambition to expand into many more industries over time. This is a €40B market in Germany alone, with processes that have barely changed in decades. AI is now enabling a fundamental shift and there are no playbooks yet. We’re writing them. We’re a small, highly ambitious team in Berlin, backed by €5M from Tenet VC and founded by alumni of Goldman Sachs, Harvard Business School, Bain & Company and the former Klarna Head of Engineering. You’ll work directly with the founders, take on real responsibility from day one, and see how AI transforms a real-world industry. We offer a high-ownership environment, direct feedback and mentoring, a collaborative team, and competitive salary all from our office near Boxhagener Platz. Join early and help us redefine tax advisory. Tasks As a Founders Associate Intern, you'll work directly with the founding team across the operational core of Taxforce, with a focus on M&A and operations, you’ll work directly with the founding team. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works. The Role This is a senior, high-trust role owning the product narrative for Alfie, RobCo's flagship Physical AI product line - the fastest-moving, highest-margin part of our business and the centerpiece of our category leadership story. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing - with a named Product counterpart and a standing seat at roadmap and design reviews. You'll also carry a rare kind of stakes: Alfie debuts publicly at RobCoN in March 2027 - the biggest product launch in RobCo's history. Getting there is a multi-month campaign spanning film, digital, and physical activation, and you will own video production for Alfie end-to-end across it. This is the kind of launch most product marketers wait a career for. We care more about how well you understand the technology - and the people selling it - than about your marketing pedigree. If you've spent years elbow-deep in robotics, automation, or industrial engineering, and you have a real talent for explaining complex things clearly - to a sales rep, a customer, or a skeptical engineer - we want to hear from you. A background in Product Marketing is a plus, not a prerequisite. Your Responsibilities 1. Own the Alfie & Physical AI Narrative Develop the core messaging and positioning for Alfie - value props, differentiators, use cases - and own the framework that Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and External Comms all draw from. Translate complex robotics and AI concepts into language that lands with the audience in front of you, whether that's a plant manager, a procurement lead, or a skeptical engineer. 2. Content & Sales Enablement Own the Alfie
About the Role at RobCo RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works. The Role RobCo goes to market across three streams: Alfie (our emerging, headline-making Physical AI product), Embedded Robotics, and Integrated Solutions. This role owns product marketing for the latter two — together the backbone of RobCo's current business. Embedded Robotics is our single largest source of net-new revenue today; Integrated Solutions is our large-deal, high-touch offering, often but not exclusively delivered together with partners. This is a depth role. You'll get genuinely close to customers and verticals - automotive, food & beverage, electronics, plastics, and more - and turn that understanding into the content and enablement material that helps Sales (and our partners) actually close. RobCo already has a growing library of real deployments with measurable results; a large part of this role is turning that raw material into whitepapers, case studies, and video content people actually use. Longer term, you'll help lay the groundwork for RobCoMMUNITY - the network of engaged customers and champions we're building across Embedded and Integrated. Finding and nurturing the customers willing to go public with their story is as much a part of this role as writing the story itself. Your Responsibilities 1. Sales Enablement for Embedded Robotics & Integrated Solutions Own enablement materials — pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling — for both streams. Integrated Solutions skews heavily toward partner-led deals — build materials that equip our partner network, not just our direct sellers. 2. Customer & Vertical Understanding Build and maintain vertical-specific messaging and use-case libraries — automotive, foo

We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works. As our Senior Full Stack Engineer, Agentic Workflows (m/f/d), you'll build the agentic workflows that run our solution delivery behind the scenes. Every customer project produces requirements, designs, plans, and checks on the way from a customer's problem to a robot running on their factory floor. Your agents will work at each of these steps: reviewing requirements before they become commitments, checking and improving artifacts as the project moves, and catching risks while there's still time to act on them. You'll build the first agentic workflows, the reusable components and governance they run on, and much of how RobCo uses AI internally. Your Responsibilities Design, build, and run agentic workflows across our delivery process - requirements review, automated checks and gates, early risk detection, and a knowledge base that makes everything we've learned from past projects available to agents and people - owning each from concept through production. Build the way we build: reusable components, skills, and patterns for tool integrations, feedback loops, and identity, secret, and auth management. You know the agentic toolbox inside out and decide what we actually need and what we don't. Own quality end to end: design and run evals, monitor agents in production, and manage observability, cost, guardrails, and security so teams can trust what the agents produce. Design human-in-the-loop workflows that learn: people review and correct agent output at defined checkpoints, and those corrections flow back into better prompts, evals, and components, so the agents keep improving.
