We are opening our first People & Culture Manager role to build the structure that growth demands, without losing what makes this place a home. Casa means home. That has always applied to our guests. Your job is to make sure it applies, permanently, to our team. The role You will own people end to end at Casa Très — from the first conversation with a candidate to the way the team feels on the Monday after a build week. You report directly to the founders and work from our Barcelona office in Poble Nou. 01 — Talent & hiring Own recruitment across production, creative and operations: brief, source, interview, close.
