What We're Looking For You'll be ARQ's first Security Engineer based in Brazil – it's the chance to lay the foundation for how we do security in the region and shape how that function grows from here. The Role We're hiring a Product Owner to build and own ARQ's operating system: the company-wide KPI platform, the employee directory it runs on, and the back-office tools that let ARQ grow and stay efficient. You'll work directly with the founders, engineers, and department leads across the company. The mandate isn't to patch together basic internal tools. It's to own the platforms that ARQ runs on end-to-end. What you'll be doing Owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of ARQ's operating system end-to-end.
