Join BLP and help make the world’s business processes autonomous! Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains. Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times. To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies. BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America. Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard. Location This is a full-time position based in Munich or Cologne. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (minimum one month), you will work from your home location, with occasional visits to customers across the DACH region. As team collaboration is of great importance to us, we highly encourage team members to join us in Zurich at least once a month. These visits are financially supported by BLP. About the role For a process to run autonomously, four things have to line up: the technology, the process itself, the data behind it, and the people who work with it. That alignment does not happen at go-live. It happens in the months after, and that is where this role sits. Our customers go live with a working solution. What they do not have on day one is an organisation that operates in an AI-native way. Processes were designed around people checking things. Data was maintained well enough for humans

Once a customer is running on blp, their processes are business critical. Invoices post or they do not. Orders flow or they sit. Our support organisation resolves most of what comes in, and a lot of it is genuinely well handled by people early in their career. What is left is yours: the cases where the cause is not obvious, where it crosses systems, data and process logic at once, where the same symptom has three possible explanations and only one of them is right. That is the job. Not a queue, and not the easy half of one. Everything difficult that comes out of the run phase lands with you. Two things sit alongside the case work, and they are what make this a senior job rather than a harder version of a junior one. Stabilising accounts When an account's health goes bad, you go in and s

We're building a new global Berlitz, and this is your opportunity to help shape it. Nearly 150 years of expertise, meeting the ambition and technology to power a new era of learning. If you are the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid of a blank page, and is excited to help shape the future of a global company undergoing a significant transformation, you might belong at Berlitz! As a Senior Sales Development Representative, Global Accounts , you will play a key role in growing Berlitz’s relationships with large, strategic organisations around the world. Working closely with our Global Account Managers, you will be responsible for identifying, mapping and engaging relevant stakeholders across a defined portfolio of named global enterprise accounts. A key part of the role is multi-stakeholder management — building and maintaining relationships across different levels, functions and regions within complex organisations. Your focus will be on building meaningful relationships, uncovering business needs and creating high-quality opportunities that can develop into long-term commercial partnerships. This is a senior SDR role by design . You’ll need to operate with a high degree of ownership, navigate complex global organisations and engage confidently with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions. Rather than relying on traditional top-down cold calling or high-volume outreach, you’ll take a bottom-up prospecting approach — researching accounts deeply, mapping multiple stakeholders, identifying potential internal champions and building relationships across different layers of an organisation. You’ll work closely with Global Account Managers and other sales stakeholders to develop account strategies, share market insights and create new opportunities within some of Berlitz’s most strategically important accounts. If you are the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid of a blank page, and is excited to help shape the future of a global company undergoing a significant transformation, you might belong at Berlitz! What You'll Own The website, GEO, and the acquisition funnel, for the Career Professionals (individual, B2P) and Self Serve Employers (under 250 employees, under roughly $20,000 a year, no salesperson) segments specifically. Self-serve conversion, from first visit through signup, upgrade, and, eventually, the point where an account outgrows self-serve and hands off to the Assisted tier. The B2P and SMB messaging, in practice, not just in the shared Messaging Framework, this is the one seat that gets to see directly whether that messaging actually converts. What Success Looks Like A defensible, evidence-backed answer to the LTV:CAC question this seat's own existence is gated on. A written, documented Critical User Journey for the self-serve signup and upgrade path, which currently doesn't exist anywhere in the registry, despite being arguably the easiest journey in the company to document precisely, since nobody has to be interviewed to understand it. Growth in self-serve revenue that either justifies this becoming a permanent Senior PM seat, or, just as validly, a clear, honest case that it shouldn't. What We're Looking For Real self-serve growth experience.Funnel optimization, conversion, GEO, and a track record of moving a number without a sales team's help. Comfort being precise about what the product actually does. The current messaging pillar "one system, individual to enterprise" is accurate for the core learner product but not for Command, since Self Serve Employers get no Command at all. You'll need to hold that distinction in your own funnel copy rathe

What You'll Own Enterprise Quote-to-Cash, the deal process from tender through signed, negotiated MSA, for accounts where "enterprise" is defined by scale, multi-entity structure, and formal procurement, not just deal size. Command's enterprise view, the RBAC, reporting, and admin experience Tailored and Named Accounts depend on, including reporting cut for five distinct stakeholders on a single deal: Global Learning, HR, Procurement, Global Mobility, and Local HR. The Franchise Portal, including a live, unresolved governance question about its reporting line that you'll be a real party to, not just informed of. This pod's Critical User Journeys, authored by you, not handed down. The Enterprise Q2C journey and the franchisee royalty journey are both named as priorities with no step-level detail written up yet, that's real work waiting for this seat, not a backlog item. About RA Resident Advisor has been a home for electronic music culture since 2001. Event discovery, ticketing, news and long-form editorial, artist profiles, original films, and a weekly mix series two decades deep. Around 7 million people use the web platform every month, with a wider audience across our apps and other channels. Underneath the platform sits a network of contributors and city managers across dozens of cities, which is how we stay connected to the scenes we cover rather than reporting on them from a distance. RA is 25 years old, independent, B.Corp certified and intent on being indispensable to the artists, promoters and audiences who make this culture. The role You'll be a senior engineer on the RA Guide iOS app: shaping how it's built, leading the technical design of larger features, and raising the bar on quality with the Apps lead. RA Guide is RA's app for browsing events and buying tickets, native on iOS and Android and used by thousands of people every day. We also make RA Scan, a cross-platform app promoters use to scan tickets at the door. You'll join the Apps team: the Apps lead (who also builds on iOS), an Android developer and a product manager, working closely with design and the web teams who build the APIs the app uses. We release weekly. Native releases can't be rolled back once they're out, so we care about getting each one right: tests, careful review, and watching what happens after release. Responsibilities Lead the technical design of larger features, including the specs that line up iOS and Android on the same APIs Own areas of the codebase, and modernise older parts of it safely Raise release quality: automated UI tests on native frameworks, crash analysis and monitoring Review code and mentor other developers Work with the web and platform teams on the APIs the app depends on Help shape how the team uses AI in development, and where it shouldn't. Who we are looking for Several years building and releasing iOS apps used at scale
