Ads are already live in the Freecash app via AppLovin MAX; now we want a hands-on lead to aggressively grow ad revenue across interstitial, rewarded, and custom ad units while maintaining a sharp focus on user experience. This is a senior, high-impact individual-contributor role. What You’ll Own 🎯 In-App Optimization & Placement: Improve ad placements, formats, dynamic triggers, and audience segmentation within the Freecash app to maximize revenue potential. Custom Ad Formats: Innovate, develop, and test high-performing custom ad formats built specifically for our audience and app architecture. Direct Exchange & Network Partnerships: Work directly with ad exchanges, demand partners, and networks to drive custom deals, direct integrations, and premium monetization opportunities. Bidding & Mediation Strategy: Collaborate closely with the bidding team and optimize MAX mediation, unified bidding, waterfall setups, and floor price strategies. Experimentation & Execution: Run frequent, data-driven tests to continuously lift CPMs, ARPU, and overall ad revenue. Product & UX Balance: Work closely with product leadership and Marc
