AI Video Editor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Video Editor based in France. This is a performance-driven creative role focused on producing high-volume, conversion-oriented video content for paid social campaigns. Video editing is the primary focus, with static ad creation providing additional creative versatility and speed. You’ll work across UGC-style videos, testimonials, product demos, founder-led content, and direct-response ads. The role emphasizes rapid testing, strong hooks, compelling CTAs, and creative variations designed to improve performance. You’ll use modern editing and AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, production, and iteration. Working closely with strategists and growth teams, you’ll turn raw assets and concepts into effective creative at scale. The ideal candidate is fast, resourceful, coachable, and motivated by measurable results rather than aesthetics alone. Accountabilities: Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, including UGC, testimonials, product demonstrations, and founder-led content. Develop multiple creative variations by testing different hooks, angles, CTAs, messaging, layouts, and offers. Write and adapt scripts and copy for video concepts with a strong focus on engagement and conversion. Use editing platforms such as CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality creative efficiently. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, and Descript to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production workflows. Create high-converting static ad creatives for paid social campaigns using templates, creative systems, competitor inspiration, and swipe files.
