The difference you’ll make You’ll sit in the Bookings team, reporting to the Director of OTA Platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, operational, finance, and customer service leaders to define and deliver the long-term product vision for Bookings, defining the shared workflows, backend capabilities, and data foundations that power internal operators, customer experiences, and future channels. Together, the team will focus on making holiday commerce scalable after checkout by automating routine post-order tasks, ensuring trusted data accuracy, and creating reusable capabilities across products and channels. Bookings sits within our Platform function, which builds the technology and shared capabilities that power the loveholidays experience. By creating scalable products, systems and tools, Platform helps the wider organisation move faster, work more independently and deliver better outcomes for customers.
