As a Senior Systems Engineer I, you will own the hardware lifecycle for RF-based counter-drone detection systems, working across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and certification. You will also contribute to early technical decisions such as concept definition and component selection.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RF sensor hardware, from early prototypes through production ramp and sustaining support.</li> <li>Support early-phase development through concept definition and component selection (RF, compute, power, and interfaces).</li> <li>Drive manufacturing readiness, including design for manufacturing and testing, pilot builds, production bring-up, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Partner closely with production, suppliers/CMs, and quality teams to solve production issues, improve yield, and implement product changes.</li> <li>Support compliance and certification activities (e.g., RED/FCC), including test planning, lab coordination, technical documentation, and follow-ups.</li> <li>Lead system-
