As a Capital Markets Associate, you'll play a vital role in executing our funding strategy, cultivating investor relationships, and contributing to the overall financial health and growth of the business. Lead the transaction execution process for various capital markets transactions, including securitisations (e.g., SBOLT), credit facilities, and loan sales. Coordinating due diligence processes, preparing data tapes, managing the closing of funding facilities and managing and providing comments on legal documentation Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of institutional investors (e.g. banks, asset managers, hedge funds), including preparing high-quality investor presentations, responding to complex information requests, and leading the logistical coordination of investor meetings and roadsho
