You will support the day-to-day recruitment activities for our Central Functions ( Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing ). Your main mission will be to assist the Manager in their daily tasks , ensuring a seamless candidate experience and maintaining high operational standards . You will actively contribute to the accuracy , quality , and reliability of our recruitment pipeline in a fast-paced international environment. Key responsibilities ✨ Coordinate the recruitment pipeline by managing interview schedules and ensuring seamless communication with candidates. Source, assess, and hunt diverse talent pools: Master the art of screening resumes to identify top profiles beyond job titles, and use a "salesy", persuasive approach to engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and creative outreach.
