Program Manager   MedTech Innovator is the worldâs largest life science accelerator, committed to improving human health by supporting startups and scale-ups that are transforming healthcare. We are seeking a Program Manager to support operational execution across one or more innovation-focused programs and strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating program operations, managing timelines and deliverables, supporting stakeholder communications, and helping ensure successful execution across a range of initiatives and partnerships. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams, external partners, startups, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building operational structure, improving processes, and supporting mission-driven innovation programs. Program responsibilities may evolve over time as initiatives are launched, expanded, modified, or concluded.
