What you will do Melotech is scaling fast, and we hire people who take full ownership from day one. As Founders Associate - AI & Product, you take charge of a complete revenue-generating product: the numbers, the roadmap, the execution. You are a technical generalist working directly alongside our founders, with AI woven through everything you do. On a typical day, your tasks may include: Owning a revenue-generating product end to end, commercially and operationally, from day one Building tools, automations and real products with AI, going from idea to production at lightspeed, with AI tools as your daily coworkers Living in the data: running your own analysis, forming your own views, and deciding off the evidence Moving across product, growth and operations, wherever the leverage is that week Going deep and hard on any topic that moves the number, with the freedom to expand your scope as fast as you perform Making bold calls that shape your product's trajectory and our company Who you are We're looking for a business mind who builds, or a builder with sharp commercial instincts. You've already proven you're exceptional somewhere, and now you want real ownership. Typically, your profile will look like this: AI-native for real: you build with AI tools every day and can point to at least one tool, automation or product you created yourself You combine business and tech: a business background with a visible technical side (a serious bootcamp, a data science or CS conversion master's, shipped projects), or a technical degree (CS, math, engineering) paired with a
