Senior Talent Partner EMEA *Contractor*

Reporting to the Director of International Talent, you will be responsible for scaling our regional headcount while building deep, consultative relationships with stakeholders across EMEA.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role designed for a recruiter who excels at execution but also thrives in the programmatic space—leading initiatives in process optimisation, and employer branding to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.</p> <p><strong><u>Where You Can Make an Impact</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing to closing, delivering a "white-glove" experience for both candidates and hiring managers.</li> <li>Strategic Partnership: Act as a key advisor to heads of sales and broader leadership, providing data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.</li> <li>Recruitment Strategy: Own the hiring lifecycle from concept to execution, building scalable solutions that meet the demands of a high-growth tech environment.</li> <li>Passive Talent Attraction: Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and "hook" top-tier passive talent within the competitive GTM and Sales landscape.</li> <li>Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends to provide executive guidance and mentor the wider recruiting team on best practices.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Projects: Lead high-visibility initiatives outside of standard hiring, including regional talent branding (webinars, collateral), diversity programs, and stakeholder training.</li> </ul> &lt
