Working three days in the office and partnering closely with senior business leaders, you will drive strategic impact while shaping both the culture and operational effectiveness of the EMEA region. Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, based in Melbourne, you will lead an in-region team of three and be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enable, engage, develop and retain exceptional talent. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution. You will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and be energised by creating innovative, scalable solutions that strengthen leadership capability and foster a high-
