Key responsibilities Own the full recruitment lifecycle across engineering roles, from requirement intake and job description design through to offer management and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders, confidently managing expectations and navigating shifting priorities Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, particularly for hard-to-find engineering talent Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing technical alignment, motivation, communication style, and potential risk indicators Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate and compliant records within the ATS and associated recruitment systems Provide market insight and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions Prioritise effectively in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment, adjusting approach as business needs evolve About You Essential Experience: 4+ years of solid recruitment experience, either agency-side or in-house Proven background in recruiting engineering and technical profiles within Space, Aerospace, Automotive, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
