About the Role: As a Forward Deployed Engineer at LILT, you will be a critical link between our core engineering teams and our most complex and strategic customers. You'll be on the front lines, working directly with a handful of complex clients to understand their unique needs, integrate LILT's platform into their existing workflows, troubleshoot technical challenges, and provide expert guidance. This role requires a strong technical foundation, business acumen, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer success.
