Overview: We are seeking a Core Robotics Team Lead to join our high-impact engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a Development and Engineering Manager, leading our core robotics department to bridge the gap between advanced research and real-world implementation. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5+ engineers, fostering a high-performance agile environment, and ensuring our robotics solutions are robustly deployed and scaled across various industries. Your Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor the core robotics team (5+ engineers), driving delivery and maintaining engineering excellence. Manage the end-to-end development cycle of core robotics features, from architectural design to real-world deployment. Foster a culture of ownership and growth through active people management and professional development of your team members. Robotics Engineering & Deployment Take ownership of the core robotics software stack, ensuring high reliability for systems deployed in the field. Partner with AI, Product, and Hardware teams to deliver resilient platforms capable of handling complex, real-world industrial tasks. Agile Excellence & Innovation Champion and refine Agile software development methodologies to ensure rapid, iterative, and high-quality delivery. Continuously optimize internal development processes and CI/CD pipelines to scale the team's impact and software stability.
