We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager in our Outbound Sales team to coach, train, and develop their team to maximise their potential while continually finding a better way to improve efficiency and delivery. As a full-time manager, you will take an active role in mentoring and coaching a diverse mix of direct reports to build a high-performing team Motivate and performance-manage your team to achieve individual and team targets Set short, medium, and long-term goals with your reports and support them in their development toward them Lead the implementation of continuous improvement to drive the team forward Provide team members with regular feedback by holding 1:1s, KPI reviews, and call shadowing sessions Champion best practice initiatives and ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to. Manage stakeholders and regularly report/present on team performance Coach direct reports to
