About the role As a Talent Partner at Faculty, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting and engaging exceptional talent to power our high-growth business goals. Operating within our People team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers across all levels while driving an inclusive, world-class candidate experience within the commercial space and across our Central Functions. This is an opportunity to shape our hiring strategy, solve complex talent challenges, and directly contribute to building a world-leading AI organisation. What you'll be doing: Owning the recruitment lifecycle from initial scoping through to interviewing, offer management, and candidate onboarding. Sourcing passive talent creatively across platforms like LinkedIn, networking channels, and referrals to build diverse candidate pipelines. Partnering closely with business leaders as a trusted advisor, offering data-backed insights and guiding recruitment strategy.
