About the Role A fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed conversational AI startup is hiring a Head of Marketing to own and scale its entire marketing engine — from strategy and budget to hands-on execution. The company builds an AI voice platform that automates customer call operations for B2C businesses, handling sales, support, and operational workflows at scale across millions of calls. This is a founding-level marketing hire. You'll define how a technical, category-defining product is positioned and communicated, build a repeatable AI-first growth motion, and play a central role in the company's international expansion into the UK and US markets. You'll start hands-on and grow a high-performing team around you over time. What You'll Do Own marketing end-to-end — full strategic and operational responsibility, including budget ownership and pipeline reporting. Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and storytelling that make a technical product memorable and conversion-focused. Set strategy, channel priorities, and KPIs; continuously track and report on pipeline impact. Build and run a growth playbook that leverages AI and automation to scale inbound across organic and paid channels. Plan and execute go-to-market launches for new segments and markets, with a particular focus on UK and US expansion. Run rigorous experiments across channels; use data to prioritise and prove new growth levers. Hire, develop, and lead a marketing team as the function scales, while staying operationally involved throughout. What We're Looking For Required 4+ years in growth or marketing, with a track record of owning the function and managing a meaningful budget — ideally at an early-stage company or as an early marketing hire. Proven experience translating technical products into clear, compelling positioning and storytelling. Strong, hands-on growth experience across organic and paid channels, with a focus on building repeatable playbooks. Experience leading go-to-market launches for n
