It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.</p> <br> <h1>Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔</h1> <p>As our Director of Insight Services:</p> <p>You will be responsible for the insight function at GWI, leading four verticalised teams who are focused on uncovering data-driven narratives that shape how brands understand and engage their audiences. This team works across large-scale reporting projects, transforming GWI’s rich datasets into compelling insights, reports, and presentations that surface the unexpected and sharpen client strategy.</p> <p>You’ll also partner closely with Revenue teams, contributing to RFPs, client relationships and proposals to support a strong pipeline of new opportunities.</p> <p>A few things you’ll be responsible for: </p> <ul> <li>Leading the global insight function - ensuring teams are crafting insights and analysis that are high-quality, accurate and inspire our clients </li> <li>Overseeing four verticalised teams, and directly line managing the lead of each vertical (Associate Director / Senior Insight Manager)</li> <li>Driving forward the insight team strategy, including meeting efficiency objectives and promoting a consultancy approach with clients</li> <li>Leadi
